Full CalendarFitzwilliam Building

This event will take place between 1:30pm and 3:30pm on 17/03/2025

A unique opportunity to see a special exhibition featuring some of the most profound discoveries made by leading scientists here in Cambridge, such as Ernest Rutherford, JJ Thomson and James Chadwick, of the structure of the atom. Pupils will be able to see actual apparatus used by these legendary figures to discover the particles that make up the atom, which we will be learning about in our Chemistry topic on Elements & the Periodic Table.
