Join Principal Tricia Kelleher and members of our student eco-committee, as they talk to farmers in Kenya who are working with TIST to plant more trees.
TIST encourages Small Groups of subsistence farmers to improve their local environment and farms by planting and maintaining trees on degraded and/or unused land.
As the trees grow, carbon captured is quantified and verified and certified greenhouse gas credits are sold in the global carbon market.
With a focus on healthy lungs, Dame Bradbury set to on a mission to raise awareness of rare lung diseases to support The Ruth Strauss Foundation.
The Stephen Perse Foundation (SPF) have gained success with their Under 16 Girls Netball
team who have, for the first time in the school’s history, qualified for England Schools
National Finals.
Our Year 9 Creative Arts Evening was, once again, a resounding success.
This event offers students a unique opportunity to share the work produced across their Art, Design, Music and Drama lessons with parents, family and friends.
Another very successful language taster day was held at Dame Bradbury’s, with children in Year 6 getting the chance to sample both German and Mandarin language lessons to supplement their already regular French and Spanish lessons at school.

Pupils in Years 4, 5 and 6 were treated to a fascinating lunchtime InspireMe talk by Dr Meritxell Nus from the Cambridge Cardiovascular research centre at Cambridge University.
On Wednesday Dr Jaco Beukes from the charity Lovingbygiving visited Year 1 to talk about what job he does to help others.
We were pleased to have Dr Alasdair Russell join us for our Inspire and Guide session today where he shared how he became Head of Pre-clinical Genome Editing at Cancer Research UK Cambridge Institute and what his role involves.

As part of their ‘Thinking Detectives’ theme, Year 4 set off on a treasure hunt around the local museums.
During our magical launch day in Reception we took part in 5 different activities based on ‘Once Upon A Time’.
Year One celebrated launch day with their new topic called 'People Who Help Us'.
